Close an unpaid request. Send no body. The request must be pending_charge, charge_initiated or charge_failed, with no pending or successful deposit and no payout transaction. A request in charge_initiated is only eligible if no active charge remains. Closing does not refund a payment. Already closed requests return a conflict. Sandbox: use the same suffix under /api/sandbox/b2b/cross-border/requests with a sandbox bearer token.
