Fetch a request by its request ID. Use data.status to determine transfer completion; payout_successful confirms the beneficiary payout. A successful local charge alone is not transfer completion. This lookup takes the request ID, not an external reference. Sandbox: use the same suffix under /api/sandbox/b2b/cross-border/requests with a sandbox bearer token.

For new requests, read data.beneficiary for the recipient identity and data.beneficiary.payoutDetails for the saved payout instructions. An individual beneficiary has idNumber; a business beneficiary has registrationNumber.
