Fetch a quote belonging to your account and environment by its quote ID. Check both status and expiresAt: active means unused, but the quote may already have expired. consumed means it cannot be reused; requestId identifies the request that used it.

expiresAt and createdAt are Unix timestamps in milliseconds. Quote expiry is not confirmation that an initiated payment failed. Reconcile the request and its transactions before initiating any new charge after an uncertain response.

Sandbox uses the same suffix under /api/sandbox/b2b/cross-border/requests with a sandbox bearer token.
