Delete a sender from the active sender list. Deleted senders cannot be used for new requests. Keep senders active while their requests are in progress; an Alipay charge requires the sender to remain available. Sandbox: use the same suffix under /api/sandbox/b2b/cross-border/requests with a sandbox bearer token.
