The Fees page separates your pricing into two tables:
| Table | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Deposit Fees | Fees applied when funds are collected into your HoneyCoin account. |
| Withdrawal Fees | Fees applied when funds are sent out from your HoneyCoin account. |
Each fee row includes:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Type | The transaction direction, such as deposit or withdrawal. |
| Method | The payment rail, such as mobile money, bank, card, paybill, till, or OPay. |
| Range | The transaction amount band that the fee applies to. |
| Fee Type | Whether the fee is percentage-based, fixed, banded, or combined. |
| Fee Value | The fee value for that row. |
| Country | The country where the fee applies. |
| Active | Whether the fee rule is currently active. |
What to check before transacting
- Confirm you are viewing the right currency tab.
- Check whether the fee applies to deposits or withdrawals.
- Match the method and country to the transaction you plan to run.
- Make sure the transaction amount falls within the displayed range.
- Only rely on rows marked active.
Fees are account-specific. If you have negotiated custom pricing, the dashboard shows the active custom fee rules for your account where available. If no custom rule exists for a supported currency and method, HoneyCoin may show the active default fee rule for that combination.
When to contact support
